Rachita Rasiwasia

Rachita Rasiwasia is a Certified Career Counselor, Educator, and Director of Career Express, an institute dedicated to helping students secure admissions into some of the best universities in the country. An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, with a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering, she has also worked with L’Oréal India during her MBA internship and gained experience in the textiles sector before devoting herself to education.

With over 18 years of mentoring experience, Rachita has personally counseled more than 5,000 students and reached over one lakh learners and parents through her seminars, webinars, and digital platforms. Her counseling work spans 14+ Indian states as well as Nepal, Oman, and the UAE, making her a trusted voice in the field of student development and career guidance.
